Polyester High Tenacity Yarn, is superior to nylon yarn due to the following :

Nylon High Tenacity Yarn has high strength and excellent fatigue resistance.
However, owing to its low glass transition temperature and lower modulus, it is not suited for high-speed application

Hence Polyester High Tenacity Yarn is preferred for such applications requirements & also in Tyre Cord Fabrics for radial and high-speed tyres.
